Courses For Open Groups

When members of the group join individual students booked on the courses, as described in our current brochure.
Minimum group size: 10.
Maximum group size: 36.

Accommodation fee: As for individual students.
The College can also arrange residential accommodation.

Booking fee: Providing they are happy to share rooms, either with other groups or other members of their own group, group members pay a reduced booking fee of just £5 per students. Leaders Places Free accommodation for one leader for the first 10 students.
Free accommodation for a second leader for the next 13 students.
Free accommodation for a third leader for the next 13 students. Transfer Free transfer from and to Leeds Airport or Manchester Airport for a group of ten or more students.

Optional Extras

Open groups can choose to add extra afternoon and evening activities for a small additional charge. We can arrange excursions to various places of intrest throughout the North of England and also to Edinburgh and London. The price will depend on the group size and the destination chosen. Please contact the College for more details.

Booking Conditions

The College booking conditions apply to open groups. If a group wishes to register and/or pay individually the booking fee will be £50 per student, regardless of their willingness to share accommodation. We also aske for a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total fee, payable 12 weeks in advance of the start of the course.
