Melton College is a major IELTS and Cambridge ESOL exam centre. We run exams for our own students and for other schools and colleges in the area. Melton College students have the advantage of taking their exam in familiar surroundings. They are also guaranteed their first choice of exam date.

We run three exam preparation courses:

FCE Preparation 28th January - 7th March, 28th April - 6th June & 27th October - 5th December
Available in conjunction with our General English A course, our FCE Preparation course runs for six weeks leading up to the March, June and December exams. The course runs on four afternoons each week.

IELTS Preparation - Starts every month
This is aimed at intermediate and upper-intermediate students who need to get a band 6-7.5. The course runs on four afternoons each week and can be combined with our General English Course. During the summer we run a shorter programme which is only available, if combined with our Summer Course.

IELTS Improvers - Starts every month except during the Summer Course.
This course is for pre-intermediate and intermediate students who need to get a band 4-5.5 in their exam. The course runs on four afternoons each week and can be added to any of our General English programmes. IELTS improvers does not run during the summer.
