We want our younger students to become confident communicators and confident individuals. In addition to on-line lessons, we have a a range of self-study activities for the students to try.
10 hours of on-line tuition per week
Suggested minimum age: 11
Maximum age: 17 (or if still at school)
Maximum group size: 6 (minimum 4)
Courses at: A2, B1 and B2
Lessons will use Zoom as the main means of delivery
Students will be set homework exercises and tasks and written work (scanned or typed) will be marked
All students will have a 20 minute tutorial each week
On registration, all students will get an on-line account (viewable by parents) with information about work, lessons and other activities
Additional private lessons are available
To participate, your child will need: PC or Laptop or large tablet with a good internet connection, a web camera, speakers and a microphone.
Ideally they will have a quiet location away from distractions but where parents can oversee, if they wish.

Please note; The maximum class size is 6. If a class is over-subscribed, we will open an additional class and try to balance the classes by age. If a class is under-subscribed we will offer a place in another class, which may be at a higher or lower level.

Welfare and Safeguarding
Melton College takes safeguarding, including safety on-line, very seriously. All group lessons will be continuously monitored by the teacher and recorded. Parents are welcome to view/attend. We would encourage the students to participate in a quiet, but public space, away from distractions!
There is a registration fee of £75
The course costs £187.50 per week for 10, 1-hour lessons, a 20 minute tutorial and the on-line materials
