College Booking Conditions 2026

·Full fees must be received five weeks in advance
·If you wish to cancel a course and/or accommodation, you must give five weeks’ written notice
·No place can be definitely reserved, and no accommodation arranged, until the fees have been received
·The College strongly advises that all students to have adequate, appropriate insurance to cover their course.
·Parents of Junior Course students must demonstrate that their child has adequate and appropriate insurance, either bought locally or through the College.
·Notwithstanding the above, the College will continue to look constructively at all cases of late cancellation and will, if possible, other an alternative course or, depending on the circumstances, a partial refund.
