Winter Gold Course in York

It may be dark but York is a year-round city and there is always lots to see and do!

Our Winter Gold Course is ideal for those with a February holiday, or for parents joining their kids on their February half-term.

Our programme makes the most of York at a quieter time of the year and students have the chance to visit many of the key tourist attractions without the high-season crowds. 

The course is open for the ages of 40+, and runs alongside our Junior Winter Course, which is available to students from from 11 to 19 if travelling alone, or 8-19 if travelling with a parent. This lets you travel alone or with your child. Families can share rooms in Melton Guest House – next to the College, or enjoy our Homestay facilities – we have some lovely Homestay Hosts to provide accommodation and a warm Yorkshire welcome!
