This Sunday we say hello to new students. Welcome to York! We are looking forward to you joining us for our Autumn course.

We run a transfer service to Leeds and Manchester airport from early morning until the evening.

York has a rich history in chocolate and is home to KitKat, Yorkie and Smarties. This is your chance to make (and eat) some York chocolate

Our lessons out bring learning English together with exploring the best of York. This afternoon we will visit one of the city's great educational tourist spots, learning about the history, culture, and significance that makes them special.

Your teachers will be with you and lead class activities to help you keep using and practising your English while out in the city.

An exciting evening of bowling with friends at Yorks leading local bowling alley!

How many strikes will you get? The Melton College bowling championship allows bowlers of all abilities to have fun and try their best. Will you triumph and be crowned our inhouse champion?

Projects are a great way to get to know the city, speak with locals and visitors and practise your English.

You will go into the city centre with your teacher to complete a different project each week.

Join us for a general knowledge quiz and something to eat and drink, with prizes for the winning team!

A chance to see who knows the most about lots of different things; geography, history, music, world events and much more in our fun quiz in the College Conservatory!

Liverpool is famously the hometown of the Beatles and two Premier League football teams, Liverpool FC and Everton.

You will see the sights and have some free time to go shopping.

This Sunday we say hello to new students and say goodbye to ones who are leaving. We are looking forward to welcoming our new arrivals, and we wish our leavers a safe journey home!

Treasure Hunts are a city-based quiz. The answers are in shop windows and on street signs - but you have to find them!

We will get together at the end to find out who has won and have a hot drink.

Take on York's popular wizard golf course. Use your skills as well as your spells to get round the magical course in as few shots as possible!

Your score at the end of the course will decide which potion prize you take home. Will it be tears of wizard or basilisk blood?

Bolton Abbey is famous as one of the most beautiful places in The Yorkshire Dales National Park. We will visit the Abbey, walk round the estate and enjoy the scenery.

After that we will head to Harrogate, a pretty little spa town for some free time and shopping.

We will visit Robin Hood's Bay and Whitby and also have the chance to visit Goathland - home to Hogsmead station, a must for Harry Potter fans!

The cathedral is illuminated with PHOENIX, a brand-new sound and light projection commemorating the 40th anniversary of the 1984 fire.

PHOENIX is a major new projection mapping and sound installation by award-winning artists Ross Ashton and Karen Monid which will transform the nave of York Minster.

Yorkshire has some of the most dramatic coastline in England with long sandy beaches, high cliffs and some beautiful coastal towns and villages.
