Welcome! Our first Gold Course in 2021. You may be here on your own, with a partner or friend or perhaps with a child on our Easter Course. Whoever you are you are welcome and we look forward to showing you our lovely City!

Join your teachers and College staff for a light lunch, followed by a tour of the City. You will have a chance to change money, do a little shopping and plan how to fill your free time in one of Europe's to tourist destinations!

A guided visit to York Minster, the largest Medieval Gothic Cathedral in Northern Europe. York Minster is an amazing building and your professional guide will bring the story of York Minster to life.

Try some amazing local beer and hear the story of its production

A walk in the beautiful North Yorkshire countryside, followed by tea with the founder of the College

Kirkgate, the first museum to reconstruct the past, is one of York's best loved attractions. The Castle Museum has fascinated generations of visitors to York. The museum is housed in the former prison, set within the walls of the Norman Castle.

Whitby is famous for Dracula, shipwrecks and much, much more. Visit the beautiful Yorkshire Coast and see Hogsmeade Station!

A day to relax, have a walk round the City, perhaps a leisurely lunch or maybe witness the pageantry of the Easter Service in York Minster.

See just a few of the City's medieval churches and Guild Halls and the story of their origin in York, once the capital of England!

The largest railway museum in the world is not just about trains! The museum has an amazing collection of Royal Carriages from nearly 200 years of royal travel. See where Queen Victoria spent her journey to Balmoral, find out why Queen Elizabeth's train had to stop to make phone calls. And yes, there are lots and lots of famous engines as well!

From Yorkshire Pudding to Fat Rascals and Parkin, Yorkshire has a central place in the history of English food. This afternoon you will get the opportunity to make and taste some of it!

Bolton Abbey in beautiful Wharfedale is the perfect introduction to the Yorkshire Dales. The pretty little spa town of Harrogate is your chance for some last minute shopping or perhaps a final Afternoon Tea with friends.
