The current situation and especially the lack of clarity from the UK Government about quarantine measure makes it hard to plan and is causing a lot of our students and their families stress at what is already a difficult time.
We want our students to be safe and to feel safe. If you want to cancel then we will refund. If you want to postpone then your new course (assuming it is the same length) will be the same price!
We will not keep your money and force you to re-book with us.
If you leave your money we us we will not put the price up (well, not until 2022!)
We are a small company but we think this is the customer service you would expect from a small company!
