Covid-19 Refunds and postponements
We are sorry if you have not been able to be with us and we hope you will be with us in the future. Covid-19 has changed the world and so it must change the way we deal with refunds and postponements. For anyone who has paid for a course but is not able to come, we will offer you a full refund. If you have paid and postpone, we will hold the prices at the current level until you come. We won’t charge you extra for coming in the high season, we won’t keep your money and say you should have guessed what would happen, we won’t say it is possible to come when it isn’t. Education, small businesses, family businesses are built of trust. We want your trust and we trust you will want to return!
