Melton College is the only IELTS Centre in York. We are an 'open' exam centre which means that you do not need to study at Melton College to take a test here.
We want our exam candidates to be the best they can.
You deserve to be able to show your abilities. We want to help you show what you can do whilst making the experience as stress-free as possible. Our exam staff are friendly, professional and here to help you through every step of your IELTS journey.

If you wish to make your payment for your IELTS test in person you can only do so during the Exam Managers’ office hours: Tuesday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
Please call 01904 670920 in advance to confirm that the Exam Manager will be in the office on the day you wish to make an in person payment prior to your arrival on site, as no other staff member will be able to confirm your booking or process a payment for IELTS exams.
