New Director of Studies
Melton College is looking for a Director of Studies to join us and take the lead in developing, marketing and teaching our range of courses.
You will work closely with our Principal and Exam Manager to ensure our courses remain relevant, popular and appealing to new clients.
We work with groups and individuals, with children, teens, adults and the growing 40+ market.
We are an exam centre and the only IELTS Centre in the City.
You will be an experience Academic Manager with a proven track record of delivering excellence. You will be a graduate, or equivalent, with a DELTA (or equivalent). Further qualifications, especially relating to young-learners would be a plus, as would experience as an examiner, especially for IELTS
You will teach but have time to manage our teaching team. You will be responsible for recruiting, inducting, training, and encouraging our teaching team.
You will have genuine computer literacy and, ideally a sound knowledge of social media and web design software (we use WordPress)
