Facilities

The Guest House is furnished with 12 individual en-suite rooms. 

On the ground level you can find a large dining area and a Guest Sitting Room with tea and coffee making facilities.

Your stay at Melton Guest House includes a continental breakfast and for Melton College students a simple, two-course dinner. Students can also make a packed lunch at breakfast.

There is parking for guests and ample gardens to enjoy when not exploring York.

The conservatory overlooking the garden provides a pleasant spot to take in the tranquil view of the grounds.

Bedding and towels are provided and are replaced every week for guests staying more than a week. Within reason, towels can be changed more frequently on request. Hairdryers are available in all rooms. 

Rooms are refreshed daily. This means we empty the bins, check levels of toilet paper etc.
