Easter 2025
We are looking forward to welcoming your child on our Easter Junior Course!
Lace, (our Academic Manager) and I have been planning the Course, and we want to share some information with you!
We hope you will be joining us at the Parents’ Meeting!
We are hosting the Meeting at 1800 CET on Thursday 3rd April.
The meeting is on Zoom and you can find the link, here.
Your child is also very welcome to join the meeting and ask any questions!
The best way to stay in touch is via WhatsApp.
During the Easter Junior Course, we host a Parents’ WhatsApp group.
It also allows you to contact other parents (remember, we cannot share your data without permission). This is important all it allows you to find out if, for example, other kids are travelling on the same flight. This means the students can check-in together and travel as a group.

I am sure you have had a look through the Easter Junior Course, on our website. The website also has the Activity Programme the students will be following.
Before travelling to York
We have put together a Pre-Departure Information presentation for parents and students that, we hope, will answer many questions.
For our younger students we have a version to go through with parents called Ready for Melton College!
Placement
We have a short test for the students to do. Don’t worry, nothing too difficult but please ask them to complete it sometime in the next week. You can find the test here.
Parental Consent
We will also need you to complete a Parental Consent Form. This is where you give us permission to act in the best interests of your child during their time in York.
Permission to Travel
Unless you are bringing your child to York, we will need you to complete a Permission to Travel form.
Allergies and Medical
In addition, if your child has any allergies or medical conditions, please complete this survey.
Staying with us?
Some of you reading this are coming with your kids and staying at Melton Guest House. We will have a separate WhatsApp group for arrangements within the Guest House, covering meals etc!
