Get to know Britian's Best Historic City!
York has a population of 200,000 but the centre is compact, traffic-free and easy to get to know!
Melton College is in a residential part of the City, close to the main City Gateway and on many of the major bus routes.
Almost everything in York is within a 25 minute walk of everything else. However, for evenings and wet weather we have an excellent bus service and (for older students) plenty of taxis.
Homestay includes a bus pass for students living more than 25 minutes walk (2kms) from the College.
